All orders are despatched within 5 working days. Please allow extra time for apparel, drink ware & homeware as these items are made to order.
Standard postage has no tracking, if you require tracking an upgrade option is available at checkout.

Please note if you do not choose tracked shipping at checkout, we cannot track the item for you.

Returns & Exchanges:

No returns or exchanges on clothing as these are made to order so please ensure you read the size chart correctly.
No returns or exchanges on any personalised or custom items as these are made to order.
Returns on other items welcome but return postage must be paid by buyer. Refund will not be issued until item is returned.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photographic evidence of any damage.

If your order does not arrive within 21 working days, please allow time for us to file a missing claim with the postal provider.
